hey guys over here at storage quest I just want you guys to know my name is Nigel I’ve been working around storage since 2015 I never come across a manager like Sylvia she was so helpful anything we need she was always there like you guys have a great employee and I could not forget about Miss Shar Michelle was so grateful as well for the few times that we met her over here she was so great she’s top of her game and she know what exactly she’s doing

I was happy with the place when they took over storage facilty on vanburan...but now im totally displeased..there access hours are ridulious 9am to 6pm and 10 am on sundays. . when i rented the unit i had 24 hour access . .and the storquest on portland chabged their hours as well ...i have 3 storages with them and will be moving all three to a differant place with better access hours. Come on peopke most people work 9 to 5pm...

Best storage place I've ever seen. Great security, always super clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. Been storing here since February 2020 and if there was ever an incident involving my unit, the staff called me to let me know right away, and came with me to make sure nothing was damaged or stolen (nothing ever was). They even have good music playing in the indoor storage areas. Only drawback is that access isn't 24/7. Your stuff is available 365 days a year from 7am to 7pm.
I was charged extra money when I downsized my unit to a smaller one and still paid close to $100 a month for a 5×5 unit . The hours to get in were 7am to 7pm . When I first moved in management would clean the hallways but then it seemed like they didn't clean anymore . It's a good place and my things were safe when stored there but the neighborhood it not the greatest as I was told . I was only cared about that my possessions were safe . What went on outside in the neighborhood is not my business. The price for a unit there is overpriced .
One of the best storage units / facilities that I have rented across the country. Very secure place and helpful staff. I highly recommend them
